A first-class dinner menu from the R.M.S Majestic. Nearly identical menus were found onboard the Titanic.
First-class passengers were able to enjoy some of the most opulent food available at sea. This menu offers the following:
- Hors d’oeuvre (small starter, similar to cocktail party food)

- Cockie Leekie (a Scottish soup dish consisting of leeks and peppered chicken stock)
- Mulligatawney (a soup which originates from South Indian cuisine)

- Ribs & Sirloin of Beef, Hominy Croquette
